Dr. Diana Castro – Dallas Site
Our Dallas site is led by Dr. Diana Castro, a board-certified neurologist and neuromuscular physician with a nationally recognized reputation in the research and management of rare neuromuscular conditions. With extensive clinical trial experience in Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), Myasthenia Gravis, and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), Dr. Castro is deeply committed to advancing therapies for both pediatric and adult patients. She is known for the strong, lasting relationships she builds with her patients and their families—connections that fuel her mission to expand access to care and innovative treatments. A frequent national and international speaker, Dr. Castro has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and serves on several medical advisory boards and steering committees.
